Dynamic
Stretching
All training sessions should commence with
a warm up jog followed by Dynamic Exercises and end
with Warm down jog Dynamic Exercises and full stretches….
Dynamic set comprises:- 50m walk, 50m Speed walk, 50m extended stride, 50m 5th
knee high (lifting every 5th stride up to waist height), 50m Skip, 20 seconds of
toe /heel lifts, 25m brisk extended walk forwards then backwards and finally 10
full rotation arm giant circles forwards and backwards on both arms.
